ECONE works with tribal and NT/DNT youth, women and adolescent children. Environment Sustainability and Community Development are core to our Vision & Mission.  We work in 19 districts across Maharashtra. Through our initiatives to address gaps and challenges in Education, Health, Women Empowerment and Livelihood we try to make a difference in the lives of historically vulnerable tribal and NT/DNTs.
We are grateful to have support and cooperation of our partners yet the resources we mobilise and raise always fall short to meet the needs, aspirations and dreams of youth, DNT women, tribal family, women farmers, migrant workers and adolescent children for a brighter, empowered and equitable future. 
We aspire to build communities and institutions that conserve, protect and preserve the biodiversity, forests, fauna flora and animal life that makes this world complete. And in this journey we are searching for a friend, a partner, a guide, a supporter and a long standing association in you through your contribution to ECONET’s initiatives.
Contribution as little and as you can make, will enable us to:
  • Support a NT/DNT community worker to reach out to 1000 families a month Educate a child from Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups to aspire a bright future.
  • Sustain work of a DNT woman changemaker making her community women free, equal and secure.
  • Make a tribal family from remote village in the Western Ghats and Satpuda energy efficient .
  • Support women farmer in her efforts to become an organic farmer Organise a health camp for migrant workers, single women and pregnant tribal & DNT women.
  • Instal BioGas unit in a Tribal Residential School kitchen to make it free from firewood.
