Rupali Pawar (Centre Coordinator, Kudus WFC – ECONET (Since Oct 2024))
Rupali Pawar is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with over 8 years of experience in health, education, and community development programs. She currently serves as the Centre Coordinator at Kudus WFC under ECONET, where she leads the planning and implementation of comprehensive worker support services. Rupali is skilled in team leadership, community mobilization, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with local communities and government agencies to drive meaningful social change. Her passion lies in empowering individuals through education, health awareness, and developmental support. Rupali is also experienced in staff training and capacity building, ensuring effective program delivery and sustainable outcomes.

Pradip Kamalakar Sahare (Community Mobilizer, Kudus WFC – ECONET (Since Sep 2024))
Pradip Kamalakar Sahare is a passionate social worker dedicated to empowering migrant workers and promoting social welfare. Currently working as a Mobilizer at WFC Center, Kudus, he empowers migrant workers by providing outreach, organizing workshops, and facilitating access to government benefits and entitlements. With strong communication skills and a passion for community development, Pradip drives positive change and enhances the dignity and welfare of workers.

Nilesh Ravindra Jadhav (Village Mobilizer, Kudus WFC – ECONET (Since 10 April 2025))
Nilesh is a dedicated and hardworking professional with experience in industrial supervision, accounting, and community mobilization. Nilesh Joined 10April 2025 as a Mobilizer at WFC Center, Kudus, he empowers migrant workers by providing outreach, organizing workshops, and facilitating access to government benefits and entitlements. With strong communication skills and a passion for community development, Nilesh drives positive change and enhances the dignity and welfare of workers.
Mahad

Manali Padyal
Manali Padyal joined Mahad EFC in 2022 as a field mobilise and with her commitment & hard work promoted in 2024 as the Centre Head. Manali is a trained teacher and comes with a humble background of fisherfolk community. She also works as a CRP with the Umed Programme run by the Government of Maharashtra. She coordinates the Mahad EFC work with the local industries, gram panchayats and partner organisations such as Centre for Social Justice and Social Compact.

Amruta Waghmare
Amruta Waghmare has been active in the local movements and civil society action networks. Her experience and association with the Dalit and labour movement motivated her to join Mahad EFC in 2022. Her strength has been her network in the community (construction and domestic workers) and with the government departments across the Raigad district. She works in a capacity of a Facilitator and coordinates the work of EFC through volunteers in the 20 plus villages and labour colonies.

Pranali Shende
Pranali Shende works with the EFC as Field Mobiliser and works with the migrant workers, construction workers and other local casual labour force. She coordinates the work in Birwadi the dominant location for the migrant workers and local industrial workers. She joined EFC in 2022. Pranali had a close network with the local women SHGs and her role of a CRP helps her to connect with the villagers. She has been innovative in finding solutions to the difficulties faced in accessing the entitlements.
